Falon Veit Scott, CMM, MBA, founder and Chief Executive Officer of EES Agency, a global meeting management and special event production company, has been spearheading live experiences for over 25 years. Mastering the music industry, non-profit and corporate sectors both domestically and internationally, Scott has been recognized as a Most Admired CEO, Woman of Influence and listed on the Forbes Next 1000.  She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Relations at Appalachian State University and her Masters of Business Administration at Vanderbilt University. 

VICE PRESIDENT
Amy Doyle Warris is a Manager in the HealthIT Department at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.  Currently she manages a team that customizes the outpatient department’s within the electronic health record.  She has been at VUMC since 2006 and previously was an Administrative Officer in the Vanderbilt Orthopaedic Institute and Manager, Operations Improvement.  She has served on multiple boards including the Board Chair of the Music City BBQ festival.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tennessee – Martin and a Master’s in Business Administration from Lipscomb University.

TREASURER
Tabitha R. Houchin, Health Plan Relations, Director of Strategic Pricing & Analytics at Amsurg, a nationally recognized leader in the strategic and operational management of surgery centers that deliver high quality, high value, same-day surgical services with a superior patient experience. In addition to the Health Plan Relations Department where she currently leads analytic efforts and previously negotiated managed care contracts, she has held various other analytical roles in multiple departments in her 17 years with Amsurg, including roles with Financial Planning & Analytics, Strategic & Operational Analytics and the Business Intelligence team. Tabitha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Analytics at Lipscomb University, and has also completed extensive course work in paralegal studies.

Sara Mould is a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in driving growth and operational excellence. With a proven track record of doubling revenue, Sara has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead teams and projects to success in a competitive landscape.

Having spent two decades with Siemens, a global leader in smart buildings, Sara has honed expertise in integrating innovative technologies to enhance building performance and sustainability. Her extensive background encompasses project management, strategic planning, technical acumen, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that every initiative aligns with organizational goals and client needs.

In addition to her expertise in the built environment, Sara is passionate about fostering collaborative environments and empowering teams, leveraging her deep understanding of the construction sector to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. In addition to her ability to drive organizational revenue growth, she is recognized for her ability to drive organizational transformation. She has successfully led initiatives that improve efficiency, streamline processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
